Mix all of the ingredients, except for the mini chips, on high speed until light and fluffy. Then add the chips in by hand and fold into the mixture!

You can also use this base (minus the chocolate chips) and add anything you want! You can add chopped up candy bar pieces, cookies, whatever your heart desires!!! Just add them after you've made the mixture so they don't get smushed.
