Cream Cheese Filling

The recipe is super simple to make, and adapt as many ways as you want!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 7 oz marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of an electric mixer (or use a hand mixer), fitted with a paddle attachment, mix all of the ingredients together on high until light and fluffy.

Notes

It is absolutely VITAL that your cream cheese is room temperature and completely softened, or else it will be lumpy. You can add less fluff if you want it less sweet...start with five ounces and add more to taste! This is enough filling to go in between three layers of 6 inch round cakes, with some leftover!
